Use W A S D or the arrow keys to scroll the map. You can also push your cursor to the edge of the screen to slide the view. Scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in and out.
Click a bull to select it. Double-click to select a whole group. Then click the ground to move them, or click a resource (trees, gold, sheep) to send workers to gather it.
Select a worker to open the build menu. Build Houses for more population, Barracks, Archery and Monastery to train soldiers, and Towers to defend. Click your Castle or a building to train units from it.
Everything you do earns XP: gathering, building, training, and defeating the red enemy. Level up to climb the leaderboard. Destroy the enemy Castle to win the match, but protect your own. Matches restart automatically, so keep farming!
